I practice my craft at the Yale University School of Medicine, where I am an Assistant Professor at the Child Study Center and serve as Director for Leadership Development & Coaching Initiatives in the Offices of Academic & Professional Development and Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion.
I also maintain a small private coaching and psychotherapy practice and consult to other institutions of higher education and academic medicine around their coaching and leadership development needs.
