Leadership Development

My areas of expertise include the development and delivery of innovative pedagogy and dynamic coaching for leaders in higher education, academic medicine, and healthcare.


I partner with my clients to identify their deep wells of strength, wholeness, and hope, and to envision powerful, proactive solutions to professional challenges and opportunities.


My practice is devoted to supporting women professionals. I work relationally and eclectically, tailoring my approach to each client's individual concerns. I provide both in-person and telehealth services in the state of Connecticut.

My training


I hold a Bachelor's degree in Social Studies from Harvard University and a PhD in psychology from Yale University.

professional Skills

After completing my clinical and postdoctoral training at the Yale School of Medicine, I pursued a science policy fellowship at the National Institutes of Health (NIH).  
I've also completed the Playing Big Facilitators Training with Tara Mohr.
